Job Responsibilities: 

1. Be responsible for the operation, product selection, listing, optimization, and shipping of the temu semi-managed platform;

2. Based on the platform's characteristics and demands, conduct research and development on best-selling products to enhance product conversion rates and traffic, and achieve sales targets.

3. Adhere to platform rules, be familiar with overseas warehouse shipments, and continuously optimize to reduce unnecessary losses and fines.

4. Regularly dellist and remove products, optimize listing copy, and improve marketing measures based on promotion effects and product feedback.

5. Be responsible for the inventory maintenance of product links, and reasonably formulate product demand plans and inventory digestion.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree, with 1 year of experience on platforms such as Temu, Shein, Tiktok, amaz0, Pinduoduo, etc.

2. Those with experience in successfully creating best-selling products or brand operation are preferred.

3. Have a certain ability to perceive the market, possess strong logical thinking and data analysis skills;

4. Possess strong learning ability, communication skills and teamwork spirit; 5. Possess precise insights into products and users.
